Vapor =/= steam By minecraft not having steam I mean there's no natural way for steam to occur. Air is all around, fire there are particles, blood is inside entity shown by health.

The problem is occuring when the permissions aren't read, making it so that they don't take effect.

In your groupmanager file, try adding spaces so that it looks like how the permissions given by a skill are listed.
