Placing Looking Into, the idea itself is okay, though it could use some changes.

I'm placing this suggestion Looking into, the idea of shooting shards from a source isn't a bad idea. I think it could do well as its own move, not going to lie.

In no way do I understand why fire needs a seeking missile move. No move automatically follows a user, the bender is literally continuing to manipulate their element to do these specific things, AKA the "Missile" doesn't have a mind of its own, the user is manipulating every direction it takes...
