I believe a move that decreases max health is very over powered and would most likely lead many servers to disable it due to its unfairness. I mean even if its 2% chance of removing 5 hearts, it's 5 HEARTS. That's half your health down the hole when you try to pvp.

You can say it but custom moves aren't supported by the PK Team so they are not taken into consideration when making adding new moves.

I was making an example. What you said made no sense. "It would be worse if they used tnt" Well of course it would, but the particles have NOTHING to do with the tnt itself so what you said made no sense.

Also I would never use a move that blinds myself.
