My suggestion is that denied suggestions are moved to the bottom of the suggestion list, so it's easier to see new suggestions without them being clouded up by denied ones.

This would tie in with Hero's suggestion for non-bender classes. These would all have abilities that would require them, so PK Items wouldn't be the thing needed.
