Mend now requires the player to CHARGE the ability. No longer do you hold shift and heal right away. The player must charge the ability with its new animation, then when shift is released when the ability is charged then the healing and hunger is applied.

XD Lol, well I took both your idea and Num's into account. In the future I could add this directly to healing waters but I do not know how to completely replace the ability all together.

This ability no longer can be bent if the player does not have permission to bend HealingWaters & PhaseChange.

I will see what I can do about that. Maybe, I can add it to healing waters, and check if you can phase change. If not then you simply may not have permission to use this ability.
