Changed Name for Fire Serpent

Yeah i used a video to learn it, though I am working on a newer refined version of that that i created myself. Its not done yet.

I don't know how that would fare on lag. I could set some sort of limit, and a possible decrease. It's a simple addition so if you want it ill give you a strawpoll

Turns out the ability always worked, there was just no default configuration option for Duration SO naturally the ability always thought that the time was up! Silly me :P Duration was a last minute addition so I guess i forgot to add the default. WELL Now that the ability works and all, Enjoy!

Well Finn, its a new ability, and I'm a new developer. So if you have suggestions that's fine, but I'm not making a giant dragon for this ability. A Small dragon, sure but I'm not a Math genius when it comes to applying it to minecraft, so honestly its gonna take a bit of time for me to learn...
