Could you please provide what Pk version you're using as well as any errors that are spawning in your console? There might be some startup errors that can give us a clue as to what's going on.

No, not in the single player you’re referring to. You can setup a simple local host server (it’s free) and the only play other players can join it is if they are connected to your internet. ProjectKorra requires Spigot to run so it’s a plugin, not a mod.

I found the problem with players not being able to choose their elements with commands and a fix for that will be coming out in the next update!

Pk version 1.8.8 is designed for Minecraft 1.13.2. The version number are unrelated to each other. If you want a Pk version for 1.8 (which I don’t recommend) you’d have to go way back and look at past versions of the plugin and see if you can find something.

It’s likely you’re using the wrong version. be sure to check the ping status to the right of a listed server and it’ll tell you if you have a connection to it.
