Yeah later i thought of that... but if you look at the other elements, thet have pretty much charging moves.

I love this suggestion! Water does not has a charge move yet, so this is great! But does it only works if you are near water and snow, or will it also work when you are near ice?

Okay, but if i understand it correctly, is metalcable a sort of waterarms. if they can make waterarms, than i think i should be a little bit easier to make this because they allready something like it?
