The moves I bind save fine. It is when I load a preset I created before; only some or all of the abilities disappear, and I have to bind them all over again, delete the preset, and recreate it.

Not its own ability, but since you can already select a source with Surge both by clicking and sneaking, that could serve as some conflict.

That would essentially be waterarms with 3 times more arms.

I think it should be activated by holding sneak, waiting for the ice to form. I know this would come in conflict with Surge, fundamentally, but that is why you should build this into a different move, as Surge already has two uses.

Not sure if this is necessary, but overall an aesthetically-pleasing idea.
