I never said that. I said that waterarmd is to sttong, and that pk should have a balanced config

That's not the point, PK should have a balanced config, Let's make everything a 1 hit kill becaussseee we can change it right? No, saying for server owners to just change it themselves is not a work around, PK needs to have a solid-balanced default config.

You can completly prevent fall dmg, or reduce it giantly with grapple eh, and you can just grapple yourself back to the wall

Just because it could be done in the shown doesn't mean it should be exactly the same, the mobility grapple provides is almost equal to an airbender using airjet technique (AirBlast while in air), and it's even easier to use

I honestly do not think it should be able to be redirected. Watermanipulation can be redirected and you need some moves that can't be redirected otherwise you'll barely hit anything If torrent would be redirectly, it shouldn't be as easy like watermani, otherwise fights would last forever as...
