Version: Latest one (Beta 10) Lava flow has no cool down, and in avatar state is completely COMPLETELY overpowered (it turns hundreds of blocks into lava, enough to crash the server, ESPECIALLY when spammed)

Also on avatar state this thing is outta control like a massive amount of land is turned into lava and when players spam it it is enough to crash the server

I have noticed that when the command is typed in game /b choose it will automatically update all other serbers, but when performed by server signs or portal commands or something similar a long error appears in console.

I am experiencing these problems and they are causing significant problems for my server, Please get this fixed ASAP!!!
