I'm looking past that you can't create actual new items in plugins. I believe that since this glove is just an item, it could be used by all benders and not just chi. In a lot of cases, problems like this happen in chi. Basically, anyone can use most of what chi has (in the Avatar World.)

I like this. So, let me clear this up, the vine hits the enemy, and it wraps around him. Then, it puts him in a leaf cage that he must break to get out of. But, we would need to make the leaves of that non-breakable like ice is for Torrent, Surge, etc.
