This already exists. I don't believe it's JedCore but if enabled you can be frozen in the air. Although it doesn't let you "walk around" like this suggest but the concept basis already exists.

I never resort it deleting stuff because it could possibly be useful in the future but that may also make me a hoarder so meh

If that happened and depending on the way they went through with the idea then I may agree. But then there's also the issue with Earth not getting an advantage. I think the classic Night/Day for Fire/Water is fine to be honest.

YES!!! When commander Zao or however you spell his name killed the moon spirit, the moon turned red which is what happens during a lunar eclipse! They never showed one naturally but it's linked to the Spirits somehow.

Well we can put logic into this if you want. In the show, celestial events had a huge role in Bending. For example, the sun empowering firebending, a Comet empowering firebending, the eclipse disabling firebending. The moon empowering Waterbending, full moon empowering Waterbending, did they...

He also brought up canon which would debunk that. It's completely cannon and played sort of a crucial role in the Avatar plot.
