Temp blocks are only a Pk thing? Waaattt I thought if anything Pk just made it easier to work with them.

Actually it's more efficient. All the configs in one place so you don't have to keep opening new ones.

No. Most custom abilities put their configs at the bottom of the default config. However if some want to seem unique for whatever reason they'll make their own file. None of the ones you listed do that I believe.
