Just a tip, as I've seen it throughout your addons, I would stop relying on JedCore. You should find your own way of doing what you use it for.

The changes made to the config in the latest update shouldn't affect the values you have set, if I remember correctly it was mostly just additions to the config. These won't affect your set values.

That first part would be a bug if it's happening. Thank you for bringing it up! The second part is with core and it's not a bug, it's intentional. It was agreed upon that it should work that way.
