Posting a lot of abilities as a suggestion isn't something you should do - you could have 1 great suggestion and 10 bad and we'd have to deny it. I'm going to give my input on your suggestions though. DustStorm - I think this would work better as a combo as it would feel like a filler move...

Update: Can't re-create the error you gave, however I am noticing an error on login. Not sure what's causing it either, going to have to look into it.

Stop the server, make changes, start the server again. When this happened to me, that's what I had to do to save the changes. Or, use StrangeOne101's config editor.

Reminder! FireManipulation is a direct replacement to FireShield and it'll replace it later. There's a lot of bugs with it at the moment and the click version isn't done yet.
