Hate to say it, but this is being denied. If you watched the show, Fog was used more as a way to hide rather than to blind. Also, fog is able to be escaped from, but in your concept it is not. Placing Looking Into because I fully agree with this idea. Being someone who loved using this plugin, I can see where you're coming from. It would also be great just to see ProjectKorra work with even more plugins :).

Denied because as I stated earlier, this effect will not work. Potion effects are not "client side", I think they call it that, so they will be viewable by all users. As much as I wish this idea would work, it won't. Sorry.

That is a potion effect, in other words, everyone will see the glow. Not just you. @Mist can you move this to the Suggestions section?

You could easily dodge a move in the same way by catapulting.

A combo for this would make more sense
