This is the only difference this move has from Surge. I also don't like the "Dodge"' capability, mainly because it wouldn't work like a Waterbending move should. We've never seen something like that, and I don't think we ever will. Denied.

No, I am totally against denying threads because someone has created one with the same idea before. I don't want to discourage people to give us their own ideas - if their idea is almost exactly like a copy/paste then maybe. But that is not my thing, I think it is wrong.

I think it's definitely got potential and we have seen enough proof of a "Vine Whip" kind of move from the show. But I think the move would be better off being integrated into a single plant move (VineWhip?). It fits the idea of a "VineWhip", the use of the vines is just a bit more dynamic. And...

I absolutely love the idea of changing Air's noise. It's so annoying right now, and it doesn't fit the element at all. I am placing this Looking Into, but I agree with jed at the same time - The noise Elytra make would be best fitting.
