Just leave earthsmash as it is, but prevent it from being launch while the user stands on it (or it should shoot out alone). Sprinting should activate and keep the earthsurf active until the user stops.

Yeah, that would work. I would want RaiseEarth to move horizontal surfaces made out of earth with a right click and left clicking/sneaking (respectively with the size its chosen by those clicks). Of course, the name would be changed with the appropiate context to it.
