config fixes & other improvements

Hey everybody!

It's taken me quite a while, but I managed to heavily improve this thing.
Much cleaner code, better functioning configs and PARTICLES!

I've given the particles of the the leap and backward jump a bit extra juice. Though do expect more improvements in the future as I learn more about particle code!

In terms of config, the ability can now be stopped from loading entirely by setting all 3 functionalities to be disabled.
