Redone!

Updated to the latest ProjectKorra and Spigot versions.
Added 2 new usages for the combo. Target and Wave forms.
You can now use Burrow on other mobs/players via a different combo.
In addition to that, with the wave form you can now create a shockwave to bury your opponents around.

1.8.8 & 1.8.9 Update

The ability has been updated to PK 1.8.8 & 1.8.9.

Bug Fix

*Usage has been changed.
*If you are on fire, the ability, now, extinguishes the fire.
