How about it works like this.

If the player is Sneaking and left clicks. it tunnels.

If the player left clicks it collapses a column.

If the player left clicks then sneaks it collapses an area.'

That way right click doesn't need to be involved.

That would collapse the area AND a column. Neither do I think it needs to have a delay to check if sneaking happens.

Like I said, right click should toggle off earthtunnel and on collapse and vice versa when back and forth.

By default, earthtunnel is enabled when starting the game as an earthbender.

Right Click to change that technique into collapse. You control it like it is now currently.

Right Click to enable earthtunnel and you use it with sneak

Right Click... and so on.

Basically, you want to collapse a wall from 100 feet in the sky? That's unrealistic. Although, it would be unfair to put that limit since a config option as in Range exists, I think we can ultimately go around that issue: Right Clicking with EarthTunnel could toggle off earthtunnel and enable collapse, right click again to do vice versa, and back and forth and so on.
You can't collapse a wall 100 feet in the sky, Collapse has a range limit, and you have to be at least 10 - 14 blocks close to the object you want to collapse.

Theoricly, shouldn't the cursor highlight a block from that range?

I know you can't, but seeing you adressing the close range problem it was sounding like you wanted to collapse things from far away like 100 feet.
