My friend was saying that raiseearth config is broken, because you can't change the width of RaiseEarth wall to 3. Is this bugged or what?

I can confirm it probably doesn't work as it's intended to, but still does work. Added to the list of bugs.

He claims that it sometimes makes a diagonal wall, 2x2 column, and a L shape structure
It does lol. It's super weird.
