Waterbending Ability- Whirlpool

Action- Hold shift in body of water

Description- In Avatar, Waterbenders are shown to be able to create whirlpools that can suck their opponent down, trapping them for a short time. My proposal is that waterbenders be able to create a whirlpool in a decent sized body of water. The Waterbender will hold shift on a water block, and it will go downward 3-5 blocks, creating a whirlpool. Any opponent caught in this whirlpool will be pulled to the center, unable to attack for the duration of the ability (default: 10 seconds), or until the user releases shift. During this time, the opponent will also be damaged by a half heart every 2 seconds.

Suffocation damage and 1/2 every 2 seconds....not as op as fire XD
On a serious note though, thats alittle over the top.

while that may be so, I believe it should be in the main plugin. And I have yet to find any servers that actually use maelstrom.
