How do i disable bending in ONE WORLD (V:1.8.0)

I have ProjectKorra V:1.8.0 so i can use jedcore with it,
and i love bending, but i dont want players BURNING DOWN THE PLOTWORLD... (again)
So if you or anyone could show or tell me how to disable bending in the plotworld with ProjectKorra 1.8.0 then that would be greatly appreciated

PS:
If i need to go to PK V:1.7.0, is there a jedcore that i could download to improve it?
