Final Fantasy Combat System

I was just thinking about PK and Final Fantasy and I was like "OMG! Someone should make a Final Fantasy plugin with a combat system like PK!". The classes would include:
  • White Mage - Specializing in healing/protective spells.
  • Black Mage - Specializing in damaging spells.
  • Red Mage - Both Black and White combined, but can't do all spells.
  • Theif - Quick fighters with the ability to pilfer their foes.
  • Warrior - Heavy fighters with amazing defense.
  • Monk - Use your hands and feet to do damage.
  • Dancer - Do special dances to cause AoE damage/healing.
  • Bard - Use your voice to do special effects.
  • Ranger - Use bows and arrows to deal damage.
  • Dark Knight - Use your own life force to deal dark damage.
Those will be your main classes. The combat system would work like PK and that you can bind a skill to each slot. The exception is there will be a MP (Magic/Mind Point) at the top of your screen (Boss Health). MP is the about of points you have to cast a spell. Unlike other FF games, the bar will recharge in a "fast" rate. There will also be special items/weapons that you can steal or find. These weapons can do various things from shooting a magic arrow to poisoning people.

Like PK, each job can have a sub-job. Instead of having sub-elements, certain jobs can have an extra job with a whole slew of moves and commands.

Weaknesses/Strength

  • White Mage - Cast protective barriars and spells at the cost of doing little to no damage aside from weapons and being dependent on your MP.
  • Black Mage - Cast elemental/non-elemental spells at the cost of doing almost no healing and being dependent on your MP.
  • Red Mage - Cast White and Black magic with the cost of doing spells of low-mid level.
  • Theif - Do quick strikes and steal special items at the cost of small damage.
  • Warrior - Do heavy blows and have great defense with the cost of no magic.
  • Monk - Focus your mind to do powerful punches at the cost of little defense.
  • Dancer - Help yourself and team members at the cost of not doing direct damage.
  • Bard - Perform songs to do special effects at the cost of being physically weak.
  • Ranger - Use a bow to do powerful attacks at the cost of distance.
  • Dark Knight - Do dark damage at the price of your health/life.

Sub-Jobs

  • Summoner - Summon monsters to do powerful spells/effects.
  • Ninja - Use/throw items to do damage/effects on foes/allies.
  • Tamer - Tame monsters keep them as pets.
  • Alchemist - Combine items to make more powerful items.
  • Paladin - Have the ability to cast low level white magic.
  • Mystic Knight - Have the ability to cast low level black magic.
  • And more!
To keep things balanced, only certain jobs can access certain sub jobs. A Black Mage and a White Mage can be summoners, but they can't be a tamer. A Warrior can choose to be a Paladin, but a Dark Knight can't.

Hope you like the idea!

Almost the same for me.
I know it is an exceptionally large(At least 14 ****ing titles) video game series with characters that have hair and swords so sharp and large you wonder which they sharpen with the other.
I honestly dont understand the FF VII hype. I played it, but I like FF VI and FF IV better.

One of the reasons I wanna become java coder, since you don't have to wait for others to create the plugin when you can just go straight to making by yourself. :>

If you are still learning the basics then I would recommend you pick this up.
http://www.sololearn.com/Course/Java/
But please try and stay out of the top 10%, that is for the rest of the people who want to get a job there.
:p
So basically I am telling you to use hints on questions whenever you feel stumped. It's Python course is mediocrity hard and Python is an easier language then Java.

Just asking now, so that creating my account won't be a waste of my time and in general a waste of.

I had played this game on psp, with the Zack character that dies in the end (haven't finished it fully, but I know the spoilers). It was not a bad game. But for some dumb reason, it was bought with the german language being the default (except the voiced werent).

Can't be that obvious because he posted it here
In general, its obvious that this is not the place to suggest a plugin that is complety outside of the pk. Like, requesting a different plugin in some other plugin forum is out of order.
