A better solution for combing two moves: IceBlast + IceSpike

Maybe on your server they don't use that- but a lot of the skilled waterbenders I've fought have used icespike effectively to slow me down. Either way, you're basically combining two moves that really already had a similar function- only that one was more powerful than the other but had a limitation while the other had an additional feature.

I didn't say that all waterbenders don't use it. Most servers have additional abilities and waterbenders use those that are cooler. And often into place and IceSpike an IceBlast bind other more powerful abilities. If we combine these two abilities, we will get not only one free slot, but also a great ability that you won't need to replace it with another ability!

This is coming from a person who wanted diversity. Diversity in this situation is making a move that is very similar to one more, but looks and acts differently. Airwheel and Airscooter do the same thing, they transport the bender. Airwheel looks different though and it will suit different people.

Boy, you don't understand what I wrote. It will replace Watermanipulation spam! Instead, as waterbenders will be Watermanipulation spam they can use IceStrike which will be a good move! I don't think many waterbenders are switched Watermanipulation on an IceBlast or IceSpike, because Watermanipulation spam is easier! I hope now you understand.

How about you shift on a block to raise, and shift on the air to raise multiple.

The ability wouldn't be spammable because you could use only three strikes. Then the ability would go on cooldown.

I like this idea, it would be cool if 2 abilities will be as 1. This is a very compact ability. Easier 1 use ability than 2, especially as I know IceSpike don't has great popularity. The sources have changed the ability IceSpike for the worse, it is almost impossible to damage. I hope you will add IceStrike in ProjectKorra! I liked the description of this ability and most importantly what not to spam + has a cooldown.

Well i play in a spam forbidden server witch means that you are not allowed to hit someone with the same attack 2 times in a row,so being able to use icspike from a bottle has really helped me to not just use watermanip and torrent.

Particles IceBullet are terrible, in my opinion...
