Activation without waterbottles:
This Is activated by just clicking on the player or mob with surge selected while no source is used in the time. So after the click, if the mob/players has his legs/half submerge in water (meaning the deep of the water body is one block where he is standing), the ability would then come into action: The Water from the side will began rising up from the body of water where the entity is standing in which surrounds the entity, which leaves two block high water circle surronded. To continue entrapping your target, you hold shift, which at the end would create a dome of ice with the entitt trappes inside. As of now, I don't know the exact the dimensions
of the frozen that is made by the torrent and surge, but the dome will be the exact same shape&size and the creation of it should like it is about to make that kind of form , so it should be treated like that. I think I have said everything except for one bonus advantage: This will also work without needing to click the entity, as the alternative will detect if any players in water are at the 180° angle of the direction the player is looking, with the ranged of how far the player can left click on entitues to trigger them. So if you were (as a waterbender) infront of iron bar walls while your enemy is on other side of the wall in the kiddo pool, you would be able to just freeze him AND others at your 180° angle. You may ask "why we needs it?" ,because i'll of one thing - diversity. Diversity that makes waterbending more interesting to play. It is one of reason we have three options to freeze beings (torrent, phasechange, surge) ,so I say, why not add four options?
