Fixed Earthblast still broken on beta 13

Earthblast does no damage on beta 12 and 13 anyone know why and if it can be fixed?

It isn't a bug therefor it's fixed.

If you read the beta posts that holds important information about things that could break you would probably find your answer
Beta 13 & 14 is for Spigot 1.8.8 and most addons or side plugins will break the plugin unless they have been updated.
Beta 12 and below is for Spigot 1.8.7 > earth blast works fine, it's either something you've done wrong in the config or a bad addon that you have.
