Oh could you please tell me witch gif creator you are using because the ones i am using make the file to big (good quality)so i am forced to make the size of the gif small.I would prefer worst quality and bigger size(like yours)

Hmm it gives me a BBCode but when i put it in the image thing it does nothing :/
You need to copy and paste the BBCode and put on the actual suggestion itself, as in, pasting it in the textbox. I also solved my own issue in where it didn't give me a BBCode for some gifs. I re-uploaded them as pictures, and it gave me a BBCode that works for the gif.

How would it look....? In minecraft it would just be like 2 straight lines of fire particles, but in the GIF, it really is like a whip.

Nice idea! But I would suggest making the cancel command a [sneak ->left click ->left click] for consistency with Waterarms and to avoid confusion.

I think maybe we could actually have fluid animations for the whips through lots of code, but im not sure
