i think thats it... but keep in mind none of these changes are super duper major! Each change may only be a change of 1 or 2 damage or maybe a second off its cooldown, look into the file yourself for all the numbers!

This was a update that was needed, not some bogus stuff just fixing. Cheers to the development team.

You can punch / attack them with a bending move someone to cancel the suffocate.
You can simply use a mobility move to get out of range of suffocate.
If you think suffocate is over powered then you have a slow reaction time.

Like i said suffocate op on waterbenders. Cuz we cant attack if we are paralize. We need to hover your mouse on the enemy. But we can't cuz mouse don't move!

You're forgetting that some servers may not change the config. And sometimes you may not notice, but I see it all the time.
Airbenders are getting on spouts behind the players, where you can't reach them, suffocating people. I've been there, and it's not so easy to get out of.

Just my opinion on this.

That's his fault for not changing the config, not PK's.

The server's fault for changing the server's config, yes true. but don't go saying, "There's a config". Acting like we can change it. Just puting this out.
and this could be to blame on some half, not all, because PK DID change the config.

He's talking specifically about my server and I've buffed suffocate up more than the default config.
