I have seen already some Light Held Items, that when you hold them, you would get Night Vision and Blindness at the same time, providing the effect that you are inside a light circle in a dark place. Is it possible to make the same with other players? (It would be needed to Minecraft be able to KNOW how dark is a place, so you wouldn't get these effects while in a lighten area.)
