Hello!

We have seen that every amount of water, in the show, could be frozen. Or freeze something...

Not that much in the show but more in the comics, we have seen Katara freezing little projectiles with one splash of water.

Suggestion Time!!
I suggest that Waterbenders would be able to freeze.little projectiles with WaterManipulation and Torrent. How would this work? A skeleton is constatly shooting arrows at you. You try to hit him, but the slowness of WaterManip. is a really pain like the knockback the arrows do. So you shoot a WaterManipulation, and if it hits an arrow on it's way, the arrow gets frozen (maybe some particles?) and falls down. The WaterManip. continues its way until it hits where you shot it. The same thing would go with Torrent.

Adding one more thing, the arrows fallen could be picked up and they would be called "Frozen Arrow", description: "An arrow frozen by a Waterbender". These arrows, as a PK item, could be shot if the Icebender clicks with it in the hand in the IceSpike slot.

Pretty good idea.Especially the part that you can shout a frozen arrow with icespike.In the invasion we see water benders send out missals surrounded with ice from the submarines using waterbending.

This is kinda unnecessary, since all the ice Waterbenders froze was still solid even if they got knocked out.

Not always tho. Remember the time Katara went to the guy who kill her mother and wanted him to praise he price. When she lauched ice spears at him she stopped and held the ice in form by focusing while her arm was stretched. As she let go of her hand, the ice turned into water and dropped, as if she was keeping her concentration for keeping the ice spear unliquivefid

Katara WANTED the ice to melt o.o In nature, ic doesn't melt that way. Waterbenders can manipulate water at their will, including its physical states.

Remember when Tonraq was token down by Unalaq?
When they were fighting, when Tonraq got frozen, and EVEN when he was knocked out, all the ice he created was standing still. If it was still stand by his concentration, it should have been destroid easily during the fight.
