Bug Report Phase Change and Heat Control not working

Ok so phase change won't freeze ice (everything else works) and heatcontrol won't cool lava.. What's the problem?

I am having the same problem with phasechange
the water makes the freezing noise but nothing happens when you jump punch it quickly fezzes then un-fezzes.

Yeah sometimes phase change doesn't work @AlexTheCoder
It's been a bug for a while, it randomly doesn't work from time to time. It doesn't happen as often in 1.7.0, but it does happen.

A lot xD I want my players to have as many as possible to have more choice in what they use.

Well that's going to be hard in the future when beta 2 comes out and you have to wait for every one of those moves to be updated before you can use it.
And some of those moves are probably causing issues.

Hints why I posted a console log xD as well as i'm gonna wait tell the moves are updated (most of them) to switch to BEAT 2.as well as these moves didn't cause issues yesterday or the day before or further back, this started when I updated to 1.7.0 these moves worked together fine before.
