I would consider calling someone "woman" rather than, you know, their name, sexist. In the same thread, if you called someone "Hispanic" or "Black" instead of their name in place of it, it would be racist.

I think it sounds cool. It does sound similar to raiseearth, but if it's done right, I think it'd be a really cool addition to Earthbending!
