Shadowbending and Cookiedoughbending are in the comic too, but those are recognized as fan-made. They were only in a specific edition for a Nickelodeon character contest. The rest is absolutely canon.

Well...if the cookie dough had water in it, than waterbenders can bend it. It's been shown that waterbenders can bend solutions with water in it. IMMA THROW COOKIES AT PEOPLE!
