Avatar State Charge Up

What it does:
This will allow you yo charge up the AvatarState after its charged you will enter the avatarstate with an
initial effect. *only one* (Air Burst, Torrent's AOE, Shockwave or FireBurst)

How to use:
Simply switch to the slot AvatarState is bound to hold sneak for a configured time (default 20 Seconds) Particles will appear then you release the sneak key.

Simply Left Clicking will enter the Avatarstate without the elemental effect.

Combine the two ideas, Finn. Your idea first, once it's all been set up and whatnot, then an explosion of fire/air/earth/water or all at once.

This is...not half bad! It DID take the avatars bit of time to enter the AvatarState. But 20 seconds is WAYYY too long, it shouldn't be less than 8 seconds.

I like this idea. Maybe it should blast the ability at random though (depending on the elements you actually have of course)
