Fixed Waterwave Bug (I think) [Resolved]

Ability: Waterwave
Desc: When a waterbender attempts to bottle-bend while using water-wave, the move does not respond in anyway
What it is supposed to happen (I think): The move should begin to engage the same way it would as if a source block were used.
