WaterSweep will be a offensive move, by using WaterSweep, you deal a sweep of water that will knock your foes back and deal damage to them.
Usage - Hold Shift with a torrent around you then switch over to surge, and then left click Surge. When you release this combo, a crescent line of water will come out being 5 - 8 blocks long and it will knockback your opponents aswell do damage to them.
Now if you right click instead of left click the surge, it will come out the same but instead it will be iceblocks, the iceblocks will be weaker and it will slow your opponents rather than knock them back.
Damage - 1.0 for Water 0.5 for Ice
Knockbacks/Slows - Knockbacks 2 blocks / Slow for 3 Seconds.
Cooldown - 3-4 Seconds
