Ability: WaterArms

So I was thinking when playing with water arms that it should have a defense type move also.

So what this would do is create a 3 by 2.5 wall of water when you hold shift and when you let go it goes back into the arms position. You can also click to freeze it.

By the way this is cannon because I have seen it, if anyone can find a gif that would be great.

WaterArms is already filled with a lot of features and I don't think it needs any more. This also doesn't seem right for WaterArms to have, I'm going to deny.
