Fixed WaterArms Become "Tied" At the End

When you spam Punch mode on WaterArms on most servers, they become "tied" at the end, and kind of glitch out, and if anyone gets near them, they pretty much fall over dead because of the spam of the glitchiness. I took a picture of this. (I crossed out the server's name and some random guy's name who had left the server) Please fix this, Finn! It's on your server, too, Finn, so fix it quick.

I would like to see the server's config for waterarms, because this never happens to me
