Fixed Water surge problem

I discovered that when a water bender freezes some one with surge then they attack the player/entity inside with octopus form then tap shift with surge selected lava appears. I assume this is from the new earth move lava surge

This has been confirmed, working on it now

Edit: Fix has been submitted, should be patched in next BETA. Thanks for the report
