Water
As the element of change, I would expect that the element and it's moves would be more fluid, but no it it coarse and rigid. My rework is that as long as we hold shift and is near a water source we wing have to spam shift and click.

Water rework: With watermanipulation, you are to click at water and shift until you see a circle of water form around you. If you want to switch to another water move without losing the circle of water, you hold shift and switch to torrent and the water will stay there and when you click it will shoot off in that direction as a normal torrent. But if you wanted it as water manipulation, you would hold soft and click constantly to shoot off 5 shots of water. Also you an do this for waterspout as well. You can click and hold for the circle of water, then you can switch slots or use it as a water wave.
