Water cannon/Water gimbal

As you can see from about 1 min:

Kya uses water gimbal then water cannon.It seems to be a powerful technique.

Description:
Protects water benders from bending attacks and projectiles and prevents player from passing through.Left click to select water and shift to activate water gimbal.Left click to send small shards of a ice at the opponent or right click to charge a water cannon.

So what do you think of it?

I can understand the defensive/offensive nature of this lining up with water; you can hold it for defense or fire for offense. But isn't that just exactly what Torrent does but this looks fancier?

True maybe we could just have water cannon as a charging move.Water benders don't have one.

There are plenty of charging moves. Torrent itself requires a time to wait for the water to form, as does OctoForm, and WaterWave.
