Fixed Water Bending bug (possibly other elements)

Bending version: 1.4.0
World guard: 6.0.0

Only the WaterSpout move is working, none of the others even select a source.

To use WorldGuard v6.0.0 or higher you must be using a 1.5.0 DEV build of ProjectKorra.
