Wall of fire needs a change. And people who are firebenders are not gonna like it.
Damage:
Wall of Fire should damage the user also. It's fire, its gonna hurt if the user touches it also.
Fire:
The fire should not go through blocks. So if it were to hit a block, the wall wouldn't advance any farther. This also includes that the wall shouldn't go through water. The fire would not be able to sustain a stable flame while under the water. Also it isn't canon for the fire to go through water.
