We all know that Toph used earthbending to see. but she could see a lot farther then 1 glow stone at night

Suggestion is this:
non combo
Hold shift, wait for smoke, upon releasing a ring of glowstone will spread out, much like shockwave but slower

combo
Shockwave (Hold shift) > Tremorsense (release shift)

Well what would the combo do, and would the wave of shockwave be there or would it just a ring in the ground?

It would be a wave to help you see more at night. How Toph&Sons inc. (I made a pun) always stomped to look for precise things,

Up to the designers to make it a wave like shockwave, or just an expanding ring ground level.
