So I'm quite new to this forum. Hi by the way.
I'm interested in trying out all the functions the ProjectKorra plugins offers.

Does it exist a server that was made to do this?

If not can somebody explain how to create a server.

People on spigot/minecraft forum are willing to walk you through on creating and setting up a Spigot server. Googling also works, If you know how to use that search engine.
