Fixed shockwave vs surge

okay im using build 1.30 beta 13 and i found out a problem with the abilitys surge vs shockwave

what happends is then my bud did the shockwave at my surge wall of ice,it melted the first lavyer of ice in to water which created a missve grife water on the ground :s im not shure how to fix it or if it stays for long but i think it shoul just block the shockwave instead of breaking:s

this goes with most earthbending skill then used against surge wall IF the wall is more then 1 block thick and in ice state* :s an option is to mayby have reverswater thing to make it go back after s certian time like earthbending? im leaving this to you guys/gals :p
