Suggestion Shatter (Water Combo)

Name: Shatter

Type: Combo

Element: Water

Usage: Phase Change (right click the ice) > Torrent (shift) > Torrent (shift) > Torrent (blast)

What it does: With this ability, any ice made by a Torrent, Surge, FrostBreath or WaterArms (spear) will shatter, hence the name. Anyone inside or touching the sphere will take damage, receive a slow debuff, and a little knock back. Will have a long cool down, preferably 10-15 seconds.

Too much and doesn't sound like icebending. I wouldn't like If those ice structures spontaneously go boom without any force like through a torrent projectile, and... gives a waterbenders a free pass even those who have a bad aim at freezing their opponents. If the waterbending had an emphasize of firebending's aggresive, then it would. This combo is too much, and waterbending has already a shit ton of ways of harming their opponents.

Added a new feature, check the usage. The combo allows normal Torrent blasts to shatter the ice
